    If this isn’t already evident the above picture is just another idea in the “full disclosure” series. I find to be generally unhealthy since it is a passive form of entertainment, very addictive and mainly a vehicle for advertising.

    If I watch TV now it’s to catch a basketball game (and I turn the sound off) or to watch PBS, which is to say that I don’t watch TV and don’t miss it (since I’m in Taiwan).

    With most shows now available on DVD (library) there’s really no reason to put up with the advertising and time wasting. I suggest trying a TV fast and seeing how it goes for you, if you want to you can always go back but something tells me you won’t want to go back.
